About
A music player that respects your music.
Sonora is an independent open source project by Emre Yurtseven in Berlin. It is made for people who own their music and want to enjoy it on their phone.
What we believe.
Listening to your own music should be simple, private and free.
- Your files are yours. Sonora never copies or uploads them.
- Music should play without a signal, an account or a subscription.
- Software you rely on should be open, so anyone can read and improve it.
How it is built.
Sonora is built with Flutter and released under the MIT licence. The project is built with AI assistance, using Google's Antigravity agentic coding framework, and is open to review.
Your library, ready to play.
Free and open source. Install the APK and point Sonora at your music folder.
